Abstract. P. oceanica forms broad prairies which completely surround the island of Ischia. This is a histochemical and ultrastructural study of the photosynthetic apparatus of the Posidonia plant. In the leaf, epidermal cells have a porous region underneath the cuticle and contain most of the chloroplasts. Fiber bundles run hypodermally and phenol storing cells are present in the mesophyll. Chloroplast ontogenesis is characterized by juvenile stages with provesicular bodies. Sea depth apparently affects some morphological features of the photosynthetic apparatus, like leaf blade thickness, phenolic cell and hypodermal fiber frequency.  相似文献

从青岛栈桥附近海域的底泥中分离出了光合细菌菌株,研究了三十烷醇、赤霉素和α-萘乙酸对其生长与净化PO4-P和NH4-N能力的影响,以期获得快速培养光合细菌的方法。结果表明这三种植物生长激素对海洋光合细菌的生长均有促进作用。其中赤霉素的促进作用最明显,其最佳质量浓度为0.5mg/L,经12d培养后,细菌浓度比对照样可提高153.9%。三十烷醇和α-萘乙酸的最佳质量浓度均是1.0mg/L,分别可提高90.7%和20.6%。同时光合细菌净化PO4-P和NH4-N能力也有所提高,并且植物生长激素的促生作用愈明显,PO4-P和NH4-N的去除率愈高。试验表明在增殖培养中,可以添加某些植物生长激素来促进光合细菌的生长。  相似文献

The photosynthetic activity of Zostera marina, Zostera asiatica and Phyllospadix iwatensis shoots from populations of Hokkaido (Northern Japan) was determined using the pulse amplitude modulated (PAM) fluorometer. Several fluorescence parameters were measured as a function of irradiance and leaf age: electron transport rate (ETR), quantum yield, photochemical quenching (qP) and non‐photochemical quenching (NPQ). The leaf age determined by the leaf position in the shoot bundle strongly influenced the photosynthetic activity of Z. marina, Z. asiatica and P. iwatensis. Young leaves had the maximum electron transport rate (Zm: Leaf 1 = 15.7, Leaf 2 = 16.3; Za: Leaf 1 = 13.0, Leaf 2 = 12.2; and Pi: Leaf 1 = 12.5, Leaf 2 = 11.7) and showed higher photoprotection (NPQ) than old leaves. Among the studied seagrass species, Z. marina had the highest photosynthetic activity (ETRmax = 15.3), in accordance with the highest production in the field in comparison with the other two seagrass species. The PAM fluorometry technique showed to be effective in determining intraspecific (among‐leaves) and interspecific (among‐species) variation in seagrass photosynthetic activity.  相似文献

额济纳绿洲胡杨的光合特征及其对光强和CO2浓度的响应   总被引:3,自引:5,他引:3  
以额济纳绿洲胡杨(Populus euphratica Oliv)为研究对象,用美国Li-cor公司生产的Li-6400便携式光合作用测定仪测定其光合速率的日变化及控制光强、CO2浓度和温度等环境因子,阐述了光合速率对光强和CO2浓度的响应特征。结果表明:在生长季胡杨阳叶光合速率的日变化呈现双峰曲线,具有明显的光合“午休”现象,但胡杨阴叶光合速率的日变化呈单峰曲线。光照、温度和CO2浓度皆对胡杨的光合作用有显著的影响。在控制环境条件下,光合速率随光强或CO2浓度的升高而增大,分别遵循Farquhar模型和Michaelis-Menten模型;在不同CO2浓度下,光饱和点随CO2浓度的升高而增大,表观量子效率和光补偿点则随CO2浓度的升高而减小,但在相同的CO2浓度条件下,阳叶的光补偿点高于阴叶;在不同光强下,表观羧化效率也随光的增强而增大。CO2补偿点随光强的增强而有所下降,且在同等光强条件下,阴叶的CO2补偿点大于阳叶。  相似文献

Using data from three field surveys along a precipitation gradient of temperate grasslands in north-east China (the Northeast China Transect, NECT) and south-east Mongolia, the spatial distribution of six plant functional types (PFTs): C3 species, C4 species, grasses, shrubs, forbs and succulents and their relationships with climate were analysed. The spatial distribution of different PFTs varies in different regions and in different grassland types of the study area. The species richness in each PFT also has different relationships with climate (significantly or not). Generally, the number of C3 species, C4 species, grasses and forbs have positive relationships with precipitation and aridity. Shrubs have negative relationship with precipitation and aridity. Succulents were found to have no relationship with precipitation and aridity. Shrubs, grasses and forbs have stronger relationships with precipitation than C3 and C4 species. The relationships between C3 species, forbs and aridity are more significant than with precipitation. On a regional basis, the combined effect of precipitation and temperature, the aridity, is more significantly correlated with the distribution of C3 species and forbs, which are more dominant in the study area, than with C4 species, grasses and succulents.  相似文献

用RSM方法对黄杆菌属产红色素菌株S-9801(Flavobacterium sp.)的培养基进行了优化.首先用部分重复因子实验对培养基组分蛋白胨、酵母粉、葡萄糖及NaCl浓度对菌株产红色素的影响进行评价,找出主要影响因子为葡萄糖和NaCl浓度.两者均为正影响,其他组分对色素含量的影响不显著.第二步用最陡爬坡路径逼近最大响应区域.最后用中心组合设计及响应面分析确定主要影响因子的最佳浓度.菌株在优化培养基中培养较初始培养基色素含量提高320%.  相似文献

光合细菌对养殖水质及凡纳滨对虾抗病力的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在凡纳滨对虾养殖环境中人工引入不同浓度的光合细菌,监测氨氮、亚硝酸氮、化学需氧量的变化,15d后测定凡纳滨对虾的AKP、POD、PO、SOD、抗菌、溶菌活力,以及不同光合细菌浓度下凡纳滨对虾的成活率与体重增长率,研究光合细菌对水质和凡纳滨对虾抗病力的影响。结果表明,引入光合细菌可显著降低水体化学需氧量、氨氮含量,并抑制亚硝酸盐氮的产生,提高凡纳滨对虾的抗病力。当光合细菌投放浓度为3×103/mL时,水体中化学需氧量、氨态氮、亚硝酸盐氮含量的均值分别比对照组降低31.59%、43.42%、52.20%,差异显著(P<0.05);对虾的AKP、POD、PO、SOD、抗菌、溶菌活力分别比照组提高31.92%、72.29%、55.56%、31.61%、39.07%、69.51%,差异显著(P<0.05);成活率,体重增长率分别比对照组提高18.67%、34.03%,差异显著(P<0.05)。  相似文献

In aquatic ecosystems, macrophytes and phytoplankton are main primary producers, in which macrophyte plays an important role in maintaining clear water state, while phytoplankton often dominates in turbid waterbodies. In the present study, the growth and photosynthetic activity of the submerged aquatic plant Ceratophyllum oryzetorum Kom. in different cell densities of cyanobacterial bloom are studied. The results show that the plant length and fresh mass of C. oryzetorum are promoted by low cyanobacterial cell densities. Medium and high cyanobacterial cell densities, on the contrary, act as inhibitory. Furthermore, the photosynthetic activity of C. oryzetorum is strongly inhibited by high cyanobacterial cell densities. To a certain extent, the growth of cyanobacteria is inhibited by C. oryzetorum, but no significant effect is found in this study.  相似文献

The extruded protoplasm from the coenocytic green alga, Bryopsis hypnoides Lamouroux, was able to reform a cell wall and develop further into a mature alga in seawater. In this paper, the influence of albumen on the ability of aggregation and on the photosynthesis of protoplasm was examined. Results show that the protoplasm of B. hypnoides could aggregate in either albumen or chicken egg, which is similar to that in seawater. However unlike in seawater, the aggregation from B. hypnoides in albumen and chicken egg failed to develop into a mature individual. Interestingly, the protoplasm of B. hypnoides could maintain its photosynthetic O2 evolution in albumen and chicken egg, while the time in chicken egg was longer than that in albumen.  相似文献
